Building soccer fundamentals from ages 1+ to adult. Focus on ball mastery, fundamentals, mentality, and love of the game.
3 v 3 play
- /Maximum ball contacts: significantly more touches, passes, and shots, drastically speeding up skill development
- /Constant action: no goalkeepers and a small field, so nobody hides or stands still
- /1v1 problem solving: continuous dribbling, escaping pressure, and defending in tight spaces
5 v 5 play
- /Introducing structure: basic formations and the foundational concepts of team roles
- /Expanded passing options: a larger field with wider spacing, so players learn to look up and scan for open teammates
